THE ASK: When Covid-19 hit our mission as a university was to pivot our in market campaign to acknowledge the difficulties that our students were facing. We wanted to keep them motivated while letting them know that they will have the support they need to continue their studies at UMass Amherst. The "Let Nothing Stop You" concept aimed to inspire our constituents to keep striving for what they set out to do – follow their career goals and dreams of attending college.
GOAL: Position University of Massachusetts Amherst as uniquely suited to meet the continuously evolving needs of prospective students. Increase critical university brand metrics (awareness, consideration, perceptions) amongst prospective traditional undergrads.
