BACKGROUND: During the Fall semester, the university launched the 2nd campus climate survey. This is an effort led by the Office of Equity and Inclusion and supported by the office of the Chancellor. The campus climate campaign will be re-evaluated every four years. 
THE ASK: Create an effective, integrated, and highly-visible campaign. Design of digital and print assets that would be used for social, digital displays, swag & giveaways, sandwich boards, and posters/banners.
THE GOAL: To assess the experiences of all campus members as it relates to general climate, inclusion, and areas of concern that would be used to help guide the campus and specific colleges and units in their diversity and inclusion strategic planning, working towards the universities strategic goal of creating a climate of inclusion.
